Serves as President, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer. He was formerly CEO of Steiner Leisure Limited, a position held since 2001. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Fluxman served as President and COO. From 1995 to 1998, he served as COO and CFO. He joined the team in 1994 in connection with the acquisition of Coiffeur Transocean (Overseas), Inc. ("CTO"). Mr. Fluxman served as CTO's Vice President of Finance from 1990 to 1994 and as its COO from 1994 to 1996.

Serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, a position he also held for Steiner Leisure Limited since 2015. From 2006 to 2014, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO and from 2003 to 2006, as Senior Vice President and CFO. From 1999 until joining Steiner, Mr. Lazarus was Division VP and CFO for Rayovac Corporation's Latin America Division.

Serves as Chief Commercial Officer since 2020 overseeing maritime strategy, business intelligence, revenue management, operations, supply chain, financial planning, sales, and marketing. Previously, she served in global leadership roles at Royal Caribbean Group, including Managing Director and Vice President, Australia and New Zealand and Vice President, Revenue Management and Onboard Revenue for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises. Prior to her time with Royal Caribbean Group, she served with Norwegian Cruise Line and Seabourn Cruise Line. Ms. Bonner began her career at KPMG Consulting.

Serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President.  Mr. Rivera joined the team more than 20 years ago as the CIO and leads an IT organization deploying and managing innovative technologies on 180+ vessels globally and the supporting shore-side systems. From 1998 until joining the team, Mr. Rivera served in an executive capacity at a boutique IT consulting company and prior to that as a software and deployment engineer with AT&T. 

Serves as Executive Vice President of Maritime Operations since 2021. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President since 2013. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Director of Spa Operations. Mr. Dux has also served as Director of Fitness Programs and Operations. He joined the team in 2005 as Manager of Fitness Operations and assisted in bringing fitness programs and operations in-house.

Serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue, a position he held for Steiner Leisure Limited since December 2015. Mr. Chamia manages an onboard sales and revenue team of more than 160 spa managers on vessels. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Director of Sales and Revenue.

Serves as Senior Vice President for the Western Hemisphere Resorts division, overseeing Mandara Spa, GLOW Spa, and Bliss Spa in the US and the Caribbean. Mr. Padilla joined former parent company, Steiner Leisure Limited, in 2006 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Division Vice President of Finance in 2012. Prior to 2006, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Group.

Serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Hemisphere Resorts division, overseeing the Mandara Spa and Chavana brands in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Previously worked for Steiner Leisure Limited since 2005 after 14 years in the hotel industry, having worked with Six Senses Hotels & Resorts and COMO Hotels & Resorts.

Serves as Regional Vice President Resort Operations, Caribbean and Latin America, overseeing management of luxury resort spas throughout the region. Ms. Deveaux joined former parent company Steiner Leisure Limited in 2001. Today, she oversees a staff complement of 180 in the highly demanding field while consulting with spas in three countries.

Serves as Vice President of Global Education since 2019. Ms. Searle previously held the position of Senior Director of Education from 2017-2019 and prior to this, employed as Director of Education from 2009-2017. Angela was initially hired by Coiffeur Transocean working in our onboard spas from 1993 though 2001, the year she transitioned to the corporate headquarters.

Serves as Managing Director for the Academy, position held for more than 20 years. In this capacity, Mr. Schaverien oversees the administration, recruitments and placement of staff, ensuring cruise line requirements are met. Prior to the Academy, he spent his earlier years as sales director for ELEMIS.
