Serves as Senior Vice President for OneSpaWorld’s Western Hemisphere Resort Spa Operations, overseeing all operational aspects of Mandara Spa, GLOW Spa, Bliss Spa and other brands in the US and the Caribbean division. Mr. Padilla joined the former parent company, Steiner Leisure Limited, in 2006 as Director of Financial Operations and had several progressive promotions in financial roles before transitioning to Operations in 2015. Prior to joining Steiner, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Group and as a Senior in the Assurance Group. Mr. Padilla began his career as Manager of Operations for a flower wholesaler.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry and has overseen a number of spa openings and major renovations throughout the United States. Recognized as a foremost expert in the wellness industry, Perez’s unique skills and expertise have contributed to him appearing on television programs such as Emeril Live and various local news segments. Prior to his current role, Michael served as Director of Spa & Fitness at the Trump National Doral Miami and led his team through an extensive renovation and re-opening of the 50,000 square-foot facility. Previous to that, he served as Spa Director for Turnberry Isle Miami, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Intercontinental Miami. Michael’s impressive career in the spa industry also includes his role as Regional Spa Director for Spa Chakra, Inc., where he was involved in the openings and renewals of some of the most recognized spas including, the Guerlain Spa at the Regent Bal Harbour and the Waldorff Astoria (NY) in addition to Spa Chakra spas in the Conrad Miami and Hilton Short Hills (NJ). He has also opened the spa at Loews Miami Beach and renovated the spa at Naples Beach Hotel.

Serves as Regional Vice President Resort Operations, Caribbean and Latin America, overseeing management of luxury resort spas throughout the region. Ms. Deveaux joined former parent company Steiner Leisure Limited in 2001. Today, she oversees a staff complement of 180 in the highly demanding field while consulting with spas in three countries.

Serves as Regional Director of Spa Operations SE in the US since 2014. From 2007- 2014; served as Area Spa Director for Blissworld LLC.. With a focus on day to day operations and openings of new locations in the states for Bliss and in the Middle East for Remede Spas.

Serves as Regional Vice President for Hawaii, based in Honolulu, a position held since 2008. From 2003-2008 was Director of Cruise Ship Division for Canyon Ranch and formerly worked for Mandara Spa land-based spas and establishing their cruise ship division. Mr. Leiman also lived and worked in Tuscany, Italy and began his spa career at the Golden Door in Escondido, CA.

Serves as Regional Director Resort Operations, Northeast, overseeing management of luxury resort and city spas throughout the region. Working in the industry for thirty-years encompassing luxury hotel spas, casino properties along with design and operational consulting, Mr. Breslin joined former parent company Steiner Leisure Limited in 2013.
